Preato Capital acquires Mersalg Gruppen

SSNG Holding is through the subsidiaries Sales Support and Tage Lindblom a Nordic provider of outsource sales services and products for the FMCG and food service markets with around 500 employees. Group sales for 2017 amounted to approximately SEK 800 million. Through the acquisition of Mersalg Gruppen, the group strengthens and complements its market position in Norway within sales services but also improve the customer offering on a Nordic basis.

Mersalg Gruppen was founded in 1994 and today has around 260 employees across Norway with head office in Malvik outside Trondheim. Sales for 2017 amounted to approximately NOK 120 million. The customer offering includes outsource field sales services, merchandising and in-store demonstrations for brands in the Norwegian FMCG market.

The acquisition of Mersalg Gruppen is an important part of our expansion strategy to create a leading player with strong market presence in all Nordic countries.
